Christ-Centered & Bible-Based
Our material is rooted in sound, biblical principles as well as an understanding that Gods Word has authority over all aspects of life. The Bible is the core of everything we do and is the tool we use to introduce children to Jesus Christ. We want to help children use, understand, and apply the Bible in daily life.
Educationally Sound
Pioneer Clubs curriculum is age-appropriate and professionally designed to provide a hands-on, participative experience for active learners. Our material is professionally designed to address childrens developmental stages and learning differences.
Flexible
Because our curriculum is need-based, leaders have the flexibility to minister to children under virtually any situation. Whether they have 5 children or 105, or are meeting in a home, gym, or fellowship hall, leaders are equipped for a successful meeting.
Easy to Use
Our material is user-friendly and is known for its reasonable preparation time. This lets your leaders spend their time focusing on kids and building relationships.
Noncompetitive
Pioneer
Clubs emphasizes cooperation over competition. Simply put, weve found
that the concepts of winning and losing work against
the biblical principles of encouragement and mutual support. Our goal
is to have each child experience a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
Skill Building
Pioneer Clubs' curriculum offers a wide variety of skill-building activities that are an essential part of the club programs. These activities enable children to grow as whole persons by developing a variety of skills and abilities. Club helps children experience achievement and deepen their sense of self-worth. Pioneer Clubs' curriculum offers a wide range of skill-building activities that include the arts, camping, sports, personal development and relationships, and hobbies.

Award Recognition
The Pioneer Clubs award recognition system includes requirements for Bible and activity awards that are built into meeting plans. All club members gain skills and earn awards through regular participation in club. Club members work together to earn awards. Each child is encouraged to do his or her best. The emphasis of the non-competitive award recognition system is on self-improvement, teamwork, and cooperation. Club members may display awards on vests, sashes, caps, banners, book bags, or t-shirts.

Reasonable Costs
Pioneer Clubs wants its ministry to be accessible to everyone, so we work
hard to keep participation costs reasonable. Churches can conduct a Pioneer
Clubs ministry for as little as $1.50 per child per week, depending on
the options selected and resources purchased. Sponsoring churches are
responsible for annual registration fees and product purchases.
Churches are also invited to contribute to the work of Pioneer Clubs
by supporting our regional ministry consultants and specific projects.
Making additional contributions is voluntary. However, our ministry to
children and youth could not continue without the support from churches
who value what Pioneer Clubs has done for their young people and support
us through their missions budget.
Camping
Pioneer Clubs is committed to the skills and values that are learned during a Christian camping adventure. Camp Cherith® is the official camping ministry of Pioneer Clubs, and churches are encouraged to send their children to any one of our 23 camps. The Pioneer Clubs Christian education philosophy, found in our club curriculum and resources, is foundational to the Camp Cherith curriculum.
