• Make sure that each of your leaders and committee members is signed up for the monthly eNewsletter. To sign up here.
• The volunteers who make Pioneer Clubs possible need to be encouraged from time to time. Consider sending them the appreciation valentine included in this month’s eNewsletter as the downloadable tool.
• Send pictures and stories about how your club celebrated Pioneer Clubs Sunday on February 7 to devinfo@pioneerclubs.org. Share your ideas so other club coordinators and leaders can benefit.
• Call or email your club leaders to see how they are doing and get their feedback on how club is going for them this year.
• Write a report on club for your church’s newsletter and website. Include pictures if possible.
• Easter is one of the most popular special event occasions in the club year and a great time to share the gospel with unchurched kids and families. Meet with your leaders to plan how your club will celebrate Easter. Consult church and school calendars for the best dates.
• Contact your local Pioneer Clubs Camp Cherith^® and arrange for a club presentation (see this month’s special event idea—Mini Camp). Be sure to invite parents to this event. For camp information, visit www.pioneerclubs.org and click on Camp Cherith.
