To Do in January

• Shine a spotlight on your club on Pioneer Clubs Sunday, February 6. (Or choose another date that works better for your church.) Let your congregation know how God has been at work. The Pioneer Clubs Sunday theme for this year is Psalm 119:133: "Direct my footsteps according to your word...."
• Check out the Valentine party ideas in this issue of the eNewsletter and start planning your next fun event for club.
• Hold a quarterly committee meeting to review calendar events and evaluate the year to date.
• Plan a midyear evaluation meeting with your leaders. If you are running the Pioneer program (age-specific clubs), consult your How to Run a Successful Pioneer Clubs Program CD/book. On the CD you’ll find a downloadable evaluation form that will guide your discussion. If the evaluation shows that your leaders would benefit from more training, consider one of the many Pioneer Clubs webinars or a training CD. 
•  Visit a club meeting.
•  Make preliminary plans for the spring Kids for Kids Hike.
• Contact your nearest Pioneer Clubs Camp Cherith^® and arrange for a presentation in club next month about the summer camping program. Invite parents.
