•  Begin recruiting any new club workers needed for next year.
•  Ask club workers for a commitment to serve again next year.
• Announce the April 23 Kids for Kids Hike and your hike plans at club, to parents, in the church bulletin and on the church website.
• Pass out permission slips, sponsor sign-up forms, and other information to hikers. See the Kids for Kids Hike page for downloadable forms.
• Contact your nearest Pioneer Clubs Camp Cherith^® and arrange for a camp presentation in club. Be sure to invite parents to this event. For camp information, visit our Camp Cherith page.
• Find out how many club members and club leaders will go to camp.
• Raise funds for Camp Cherith scholarships.
• Determine if your club will meet during the summer; recruit summer staff.
• Make sure that each of your leaders and committee members is signed up for the monthly eNewsletter.
