To Do in September

• Conduct leader training. Pioneer Clubs has great training resources, from webinars  to training videos.
•  Announce club in Sunday school and during announcement time in church services.
•  Inform parents of club goals, registration details, and kickoff plans.
• Order a copy of the Promoting Your Pioneer Clubs Program book for hundreds of ideas on how you can get the word out about Pioneer Clubs
• Ask your pastor to dedicate club leaders during a worship service. This not only shows you value your leaders, but also showcases Pioneer Clubs to a broader audience—and often leads to more volunteers.
• Call or email your club leaders to see how their planning is going. Encourage them to visit the Leader Tools section at www.pioneerclubs.org. 
• Put announcements in the church bulletin, newsletter and website. Promoting Your Pioneer Clubs Program ideas on how to word announcements.
• Arrange for the setup of club rooms.
• Finalize kickoff plans. Don’t have any plans yet? Order the Pioneer Clubs Kickoff Party!
