Involving New People Midyear
This winter, get new people involved in small ways in your club. If they enjoy the experience, they may want to sign on as club leaders next year. Ideas:
Ask parents to sign up to be Club Parents for one week apiece. They can provide extra helping hands and just enjoy participating in the activities.
Ask an adult Sunday school class or small group to help you decorate or set up for an upcoming special event. Invite them to attend.
Invite a potential recruit to be the honored guest at an upcoming special event.
Find parents or others who have skills that match upcoming activity awards. Ask them to help lead the awards.
