To order by phone call us at 800.694.CLUB (2582) Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CST. You will need your charter number, church name and full address. If paying by credit card, have credit card information ready.

Billing & Payment

  • Pioneer Clubs’ member churches may be invoiced or can pay by credit card at the time an order is placed.
  • Non-Member and new churches need to pay in advance by check or credit card.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Current prices can be found online.
  • Payment on invoiced orders is due within 30 days. No additional purchases will be allowed if there is a 60-day outstanding balance.
  • Statements on accounts with an outstanding balance over 30 days will be emailed periodically.
  • Make checks payable to Pioneer Clubs and payable in US Funds. Checks that are non-negotiable, not paid in US funds or returned for NSF will be subject to a $30 fee.
  • Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with international orders.


  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs plus a $3.95 handling fee per order.
  • Orders normally ship within 24 hours and are guaranteed to ship within 48 hours. Please allow 8-10 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited orders are those that require same-day shipping to meet specific delivery deadline. Expedited orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. CST and will incur a special handling fee of $10 (except in September and October when the handling fee is $15).
  • When your order arrives, check it against the packing slip. Large orders may be sent in several packages. Out-of-stock or discontinued items will be indicated on your packing slip. Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible. NO NEED TO REORDER.
  • If you do not receive your order within two weeks, notify Customer Service at 800-694-CLUB (2582).
  • Notify Customer Service immediately to report order discrepancies or damaged materials.


  • All returns must have an authorization number. Call 800-694-CLUB (2582) before shipping any return to Pioneer Clubs. Write return authorization number on the invoice or packing slip and include a copy with your return.
  • Returns sent more than 30 days from packing slip will incur a restocking fee of 5%.
  • All returned merchandise must be received in saleable condition for refund for credit.
  • To receive a refund, merchandise must be mailed within 30 days of the packing slip date. Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process once received.
  • Member churches may take up to 60 days to return product. However, if mailed after 30 days churches will only receive credit which will be applied to their account. No credit will be issued after 60 days.
  • If you do not have an invoice or packing slip, a duplicate can be provided for a $5.00 processing fee.
  • No partial returns will be accepted for any sets, packs, kits or bundles. No returns on clearance, discontinued, custom-order items, any digital products or opened CD’s/DVD’s.
  • We suggest you use a shipment method that offers tracking—or insure your package. Keep a copy of your shipping receipt as proof of return. No COD packages accepted.
