Children’s Church Ministry Structure

The leaders’ weekly meeting plan books provide complete lessons for kids. Each meeting has material to cover 1½ – 2 hours of club meeting time. Kids have age-appropriate handbooks that they work on during Bible Exploration and activity time.  Kids who attend regularly will receive Bible awards and activity awards when they complete a four-meeting unit.

Meetings include:

    • Welcome
    • Skill-Building Activities
    • Bible Exploration
    • Bible Memory
    • Games
    • Optional Singing and Snacks
    • Prayer

Special Events

In addition to regular meetings, clubs are encouraged to have several special events each year that parents can attend. Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Easter celebrations make wonderful special events. This is a great way to meet your kids’ families and build relationships.

You are encouraged to structure your Pioneer Clubs’ children’s ministry to meet the needs and goals of your church. A Pioneer Clubs ministry consultant will be glad to help you determine what might work best for your situation.  Call 800-694-CLUB (2582).
