- Help club members make an appreciation valentine for your co-leader.
- Begin planning with the coordinator how your club will celebrate Easter.
- Celebrate Pioneer Clubs Sunday in February (or a month of your choice). Send pictures and stories of how you celebrated to info@pioneerclubs.org and post them on the Pioneer Clubs Facebook page.
- Spend some time writing down a few things that you’ve done in club this year that have worked well. Thank God for the gifts He’s given you and the opportunity to use those gifts for His glory.
- When new kids attend, have a visitor information card they can fill out with their names, parents’ names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers. Be sure to give a copy to your club coordinator.
- Start talking about summer camp with your kids and parents. If you went to camp as a child, tell your kids about the fun you had and encourage them to consider going to a Christian camp this summer. Have the names and contact information for Christian camps within a reasonable distance of your church available for them. You can find your local Camp Cherith here.

- Send your volunteers an appreciation valentine.
- Call or email your club leaders to see how they’re doing in club.
- Write a report on club activities for your church’s newsletter and website. Include pictures.
- Meet with leaders to plan how your club will celebrate Easter.
- Gather information from Camp Cherith or other nearby Christian camps so that you can begin to promote summer camp to children and parents.
- Have your camp information meeting with kids and parents.
