Pioneer Clubs offers two club programs geared for children ages 2-5. Our Skipper program engages toddlers (2-3 year olds) and introduces them to God and the Bible in an age-appropriate manner. The Scooter program is perfect for 4 and 5 year olds and helps them learn truths of God’s Word by engaging the curiosity and learning styles of children in this age group. Both programs can be paired with any of the elementary programs to help you reach the next generation for Christ.
Below you will find sample lessons from our Skipper (2-3 years) and Scooter (4-5 years) programs. These samples include the corresponding Leader Planbook, Kids’ Activity and Take Home Papers Book. You will also see the scope and sequence chart, award list and a link to the online store.
The preschool programs include complete lesson plans. They give several options of opening activities that help direct the kids toward the Bible lesson for that session. There is an activity page from the child’s handbook that reinforces what has been presented in the lesson as well as a weekly take-home slip for parents with the Bible memory verse and a brief summary of that lesson. They also include other games and activities that link to the theme for that meeting.
